Right, everything you just said is why I figure I won't be running with Caprika. It's a personal preference, but not really realistic given how this is shaping up. She is primarily retribution, so as you say there is little room and since I don't want to roll against primary spec mains for gear there's little point in doing that. And while I can tank if you need it, if you've got that covered I'm not going to push for that slot either. Caprika's tanking gear is good for everything in game except ICC where it's still at least adequate. So, there's no pressing need there either.
Eldahiril needs nothing out of ICC10 for either spec, so bringing her would be filling a hole so the raid gets off of the ground. Support the guild and all that.
I do have a horde mage geared well enough to enter ICC that I have been meaning to switch to Alliance. I may do that. Brings ranged magic DPS that sounds like is needed and is a character with significant need of both emblems and drops. That, and water.
As for my personal participation, I can't say I'll prioritize this as high as I do the evening runs or the Redeemed runs, but if I'm free and the raid could use my help I'll do what I can.

The mage would be a huge help but that is a lot of hoops to jump through. If you decide to switch factions and are available during that time the slot will be there. If there is a certain piece you are looking for on Cap a switch might be possible as well. I know Athreus will benefit from a lot of drops and that Dev needs a weapon and a trinket but I'm sure something can be worked out

With the raid day changed to Sunday the weekend runs cannot happen. Actually the Sunday start time eliminates all possible ICC10's except Monday night so I guess this will never get off the ground
Alt runs ? I'd be more than willing to run any of my 80's.
If you can make it work be my guest. I will whole-heartedly support a run with my alt. I think you will find that certain roles are very heavy while other are nonexistent and ultimately the desire just isn't there. If it were then our regular raids would be going just fine.
As for me, i am bowing out of trying to put anything else together. To be frank the whole process borders on the ridiculous
